Global Management Trainee (GMT) Program: A360° View of Our Business in Just 18 Months

Our GMT Program will give you anin-depth look across the entire organization to prepare you for your fast-trackcareer here at AB InBev. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact onthe business and influence key decisions. From entry level to Zone President,everyone has a seat at the table and is expected to bring their best everysingle day.

We immerse you with hands-on experiencein various functional areas, from Marketing to Sales to Operations. You’ll workin different breweries and offices and get to know top leaders along the way.

Application Requirements

MinimumRequirements:

Ø  Students graduate between July 1st 2019 and July31st 2021

Ø  Bachelor degree required, preferably in Engineering,Business or Science or related degree

Ø  Work authorization in China for whichapplication is being submitted

Ø  Geographical mobility

Ø  High proficiency in both written and oral English

Ø  Quickly adapt to new environment
